I lost the charger for my peticure elite a while ago. I've been trying to find out how to get a new one, but I can't get any reply from anyone at Peticure. The email replies I get say "for any immediate answers or call 866-626-7961 Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00 CST ". So I call, and immediately I'm told there is a "high call volume" and I should call the other customer service number 1-866-300-6376. So I call that number and get the same message after which it hangs up on me. High call volume every day for 3 weeks? I find that hard to believe. Can somebody please tell me if there is another number I'm missing somewhere, or have they just gone out of business?

Hello! Sorry you are having problems trying to contact Peticure CS. If you like, you can send me a personal message with you info and if you can find your original invoice number or order number I will surely forward this info to the people that can best help you.

Peticure is going through an organizational restructuring and they surely are not out of business.

Once they get everything squared away they will come back bigger, better and badder!

So I purchased a Peticure power in Oct of 2008.  Had it one week and it died. Sent it out and got a new one in Nov 2008.  Yesterday it has stopped working again.  I also purchased the 2 year warranty.  I get out my invoice and call the number.  It's disconnected, The website is UNDER CONSTRUCTION.  Huh  my hunch is that the company has gone under.  I called directory assistace and got a number 1-972-608-9900nthe message says that it's Peticure so I left a message.  This number is not in Carrollton TX like my invoice says but the operator did say that it was in Texas.  Now I'm from Ontario, Canada and I have a friend that works for Ren's Pet Depot and I contacted them to let them know that the numbers and websites are out of service and that i've had two models quit on me.  Ren's has also launched thier own investigation.
I'm interested to see if I get a call back from that number.  I'll keep trying and keep you posted.  I really would like a new one, 95% of the dog's that I groom I use the Peticure on them.  Dogs that go nuts if I even bring clippers near them freak out, but don't move for the Peticure.

So guess who called me today? Carly Cameran....She at first said that they were still going and that they could when they have some in stock get me a replacement.  When I said that Dr. Ronald himself said that they were out of buisness than she said that they are going out of buisness but are still here for now.  So we'll see how long it takes for them to get back to me. I could get conviently forgotten about...
